Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinic programs, supervise staff, and drive outcomes for children with autism. You will design Treatment Plans, oversee ABA programming, conduct caregiver training, and collaborate with a passionate team in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required for eligibility.
Licensure in applicable states where practice is undertaken.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (avg 25 billable hours/wk).
Conduct caregiver training and collaboration in clinic and home settings.
Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training.
Ensure programming is ethical, appropriately individualized, and implemented with integrity.
Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings.
Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
Update progress reports and oversee/monitor programs.
Supervise behavior technicians and manage RBT supervision hours.
Stay updated on current research and best practices.
