Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our New Jersey centers. You’ll deliver evidence‑based ABA services, lead therapy teams, and contribute to research opportunities while supporting families and children in center and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethical programming, ongoing assessments, clinician supervision, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA‑D Certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test prior to employment.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home environments.
• Maintain relationships with parents; conduct caregiver training per client monthly.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and supervise overlaps with staff.
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings as applicable.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and monitor assessments.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and supervise BACB students.
• Stay current with research and best practices; model therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments; BACB supervision as needed.
• Assist with interim care for potential clients.
