Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric ABA programs in our New Jersey centers. You will design and supervise ABA programs, collaborate with clinicians and caregivers, and help advance research initiatives in our PEBBL lab.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, program oversight, and ongoing staff development, with full-time hours and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or BCBA-D; clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (average 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration sessions.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training (minimum 1 per client per month).
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings; supervise staff and RBTs.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans; update progress reports.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and initial/ongoing assessments.
