Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and licensure in applicable states.
• Experience supervising BCBA supervisees and collaborating with teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with caregivers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (avg 25 billable hours/week).
• Lead parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings when appropriate.
• Document all activities per BACB guidelines and funder guidelines.
• Oversee ABA programming in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and monitor client progress.
