Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Savannah, GA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. We offer a retention bonus of up to $20,000 for full-time BCBA hires and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work with children on the autism spectrum, receive strong clinical support, flexible schedules, ongoing CEU opportunities, and a collaborative multi-tiered team to help you deliver high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field is required.
• BCBA licensure or candidate sitting for exam within the next 3 months may be acceptable.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to improve client outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with families to explain assessments and recommendations.
• Provide supervision and training to behavioral technicians.
• Assist with session logistics and ensure safety during activities.
