Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join our team in Bridgeport, CT. The role involves supervising BTs/RBTs and managing a small caseload with a focus on data-driven treatment planning.

You will review session data, interpret results, and adjust individualized plans in collaboration with families and staff. A BCBA certification and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, reinforcement theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, including physical tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• BCBA will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify the treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
