Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in Windsor, CT. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday work with no weekends or late nights, a small caseload, and the support of a Clinical Manager to assist with administrative tasks.

You will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, review session data with staff and families, modify individualized treatment plans, and consult with families about concerns related to treatment and staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and caseload management.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff/families and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and ongoing consultation.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff coordination.
