Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws and instructional methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions to interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
