Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is hiring a field-based BCBA in Maryland to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities. Travel required, schedule flexible, and supervision opportunities available as part of a BHCOE-accredited training site.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, coach families, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required or in progress where applicable.
• Maryland licensure (or actively pursuing) is required at hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments and implement plans.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Coach families and empower caregivers to implement strategies at home and in daily life.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to raise standards of care.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA certification

Licensed in Maryland (or pursuing licensure)

Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs
