Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical ABA services for individuals with ASD. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll collaborate with families and other professionals, implement evidence-based interventions, maintain detailed documentation in SpringHealth’s EHR, and participate in ongoing education to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach to helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD strategies at home.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track patient progress.
