Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in VA to provide behavioral and therapeutic support for individuals with ASD. Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in ASD strategies.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and educators for cohesive care.
