Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Windsor, CT is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload, delivering high-quality ABA services to clients.

You will regularly review session data, adjust treatment plans, and consult with families to support behavior change. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with relevant state credentials.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of ABA data collection, intervention strategies, ethics and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to lift and assist with activities, as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment or staff.
