Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) required.
• Master's degree in a mental health field with 1 year paid experience working with children/adolescents.
• Background clearances (PA Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI) within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, direct ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs/RBTs through Behavioral Skills training.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
