Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA-based interventions for children from birth to 21, with support from a clinical team and data-driven treatment approaches. You will supervise implementation, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality clinical care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or in the next 3 months to obtain it (students welcome).
• Current Nevada LBA license or be ready to register with the state board after BCBA license.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as positive behaviors and skills develop.
• Support families by explaining results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and train the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically supervise sessions and movements of clients aged 2–15 years.
