Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Rialto, California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical teams in a full-time capacity. The role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, with responsibilities including maintaining billable hours, supervising Program Managers, and ensuring BACB‑compliant practice.

Under supervision, you will guide assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP), supervise and train staff, and collaborate with families and schools to promote client progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours (5 hrs/day, 25 hrs/week).
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure 28 hours/week.
• Provide BACB-compliant supervision and oversight.
• Conduct FBA/ABLLS/VB-MAPP analyses and update treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and documentation for RBT/BCaBA/BCBA candidates.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyses.
• Train teachers and parents using BST (Behavior Skills Training).
• Attend IEPs and collaborate with school personnel as needed.
