Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership, BACB-compliant supervision, and guidance for therapy teams serving children with autism. You will oversee treatment planning, client progress, and service quality across settings.

Key duties include maintaining billable hours, supervising Program Managers and Interventionists, conducting ABLLS-R/AFLS/VB-MAPP assessments, and collaborating with IEP teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience supervising ABA teams and ensuring BACB compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours (≈5 per day).
• Supervise Program Manager team for at least 28 hours/week.
• Provide BACB-standards supervision and guidance.
• Conduct ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP assessments.
• Complete documentation for RBT/BCaBA/BCBA as needed.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and treatment planning.
• Train teachers, parents, and staff using BST.
