Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field required.
• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours: 25 hours per week.
• Supervise Program Manager team and ensure billable targets.
• Provide BACB-supervised clinical supervision ensuring treatment integrity.
• Conduct ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP assessments to guide treatment.
• Provide BST-based training to teachers, technicians, and parents.
• Attend IEPs and collaborate with school personnel when applicable.
