Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and supervision for client cases in an autism-focused program. The role ensures high-quality practice, oversees assessments, and mentors Program Managers and Interventionists.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification, and strong ABA clinical skills. A supportive, mentoring environment and opportunities for leadership development are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a clinical setting.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours per week (5 hours/day).
• Supervise Program Manager team and provide clinical supervision per BACB standards.
• Oversee assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and develop treatment plans.
• Provide feedback, mentoring and supervision to clinical staff.
• Attend IEP/IEE meetings when applicable and collaborate with school personnel.
