Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a BCBA leader to supervise Clinical Supervisors and Program Managers in a pediatric ABA setting. The role entails delivering high-quality supervision, conducting assessments, and guiding treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders.

You will oversee job responsibilities including maintaining billable hours, conducting functional assessments, and providing training to staff and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• BCBA certification required; active credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours (avg 5 hrs/day).
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure 28 hours/week billable.
• Provide BACB-standard supervision for RBT/BCaBA/BCBA candidates.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP).
• Complete documentation per BACB standards for supervision roles.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyses.
• Provide BST-based training to teachers, technicians, parents, others.
