Intercare Therapy in Temecula, California seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership, oversee client cases, and ensure high-quality supervision across the team. The role emphasizes BACB standards and program development within a collaborative setting.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, mentor program managers, and contribute to ongoing professional growth in a supportive environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours: average 5 hours per day (25/week, 110/month).
• Supervise Program Manager team to achieve minimum 28 billable hours per week (120/month).
• Provide BACB-compliant supervision to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across clients.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to guide treatment objectives.
• Provide supervision and documentation for RBTs, BCaBA, and BCBA candidates.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyses for function-based treatments.
• Provide BST training to teachers, technicians, and parents.
• Attend IEPs and collaborate with school personnel for goals and interventions.
