Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in California. You will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to assigned client cases, ensure high quality practice and customer satisfaction, and oversee program managers and interventionists.

You will conduct assessments, supervise staff per BACB standards, train teams, and collaborate with schools to support student progress. This full‑time role emphasizes work/life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in supervision and ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours: average 5 hours/day (25/wk).
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure 28 hours/week billable.
• Provide clinical supervision per BACB standards; observe and adjust protocols.
• Conduct developmental assessments (ABLLS‑R, AFLS, VB‑MAPP) to guide treatment.
• Complete documentation per BACB standards for staff.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyses.
• Provide training to teachers, parents, and others using BST.
• Attend IEP/other meetings and present goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with school personnel and provide regular follow‑up.
