Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Antelope, CA, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical teams and ensure high-quality therapy services for children with autism. In this full-time role, you will oversee program managers and interventionists, conduct BACB-compliant supervision, and participate in IEPs and team meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum supervision experience with BCBA/BCaBA.
• Strong ABA and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain average 5 hours billable per day; supervision of PM team.
• Provide BACB-compliant supervision to RBTs/BCaBA/BCBA.
• Conduct ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP assessments.
• Document and complete Performance Management metrics.
• Offer BST training to teachers, parents, and others.
• Attend IEP/meetings as applicable.
