Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Norco, CA seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and supervision across assigned client cases, teams and programs. You will ensure high quality practice and progress for clients while supporting the professional development of Program Managers, BCBA candidates and Interventionists.

You will conduct assessments, oversee supervision, and train staff to uphold BACB standards, collaborating with schools and families to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours per day and week.
• Provide clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards.
• Oversee Program Manager/Interventionist teams and mentor staff.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP).
• Provide training to teachers, technicians, and parents using BST.
