Job summary

Intercare Therapy in San Fernando Valley seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and supervision for assigned client cases, ensuring high quality practice and measurable progress.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, mentor Program Managers and Interventionists, and ensure BACB standards are followed across services. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning in a dynamic pediatric ABA environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours: average 5 hours per day.
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure 28 hours per week.
• Provide BACB‑compliant supervision for RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBA candidates.
• Conduct ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP assessments to guide treatment objectives.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and analyses for function-based treatments.
• Deliver BST trainings to teachers, technicians, and families.
