Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership for assigned client cases in Culver City and surrounding areas. You will supervise Program Managers and Interventionists, ensure high-quality practice, and guide treatment plans in collaboration with families and school personnel.

The role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, with a full-time schedule and a strong focus on professional development, mentorship, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field is required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Full-time role based on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours: 5 hours/day (25 hours/week).
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure 28 hours/week billable.
• Provide supervision per BACB standards for RBT/BCaBA/BCBA candidates.
• Conduct ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP assessments to guide treatment.
• Provide training to teachers, technicians, and parents using BST.
• Attend IEP or interdisciplinary meetings when applicable.
