Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in the Van Nuys, CA area to lead clinical teams delivering evidence‑based behavioral therapies for children with autism. You will supervise cases, ensure high quality practice, and support families with guidance aligned to BACB standards.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification, with a full‑time schedule and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field required.
• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours: 5 hours per day (25 per week).
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure 28 hours per week (120 per month).
• Provide supervision per BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to guide treatment goals.
• Provide supervision and documentation per BACB standards for RBT/BCaBA/BCBA candidates.
• Conduct FBAs and Functional Analyses to inform treatments.
• Provide skill assessments and feedback via Performance Management metrics to the team.
• Provide BST-based training to teachers, technicians and parents.
• Attend IEP meetings when appropriate and present goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with schools via observations and recommendations.
