Intercare Therapy seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical teams and oversee client care in Huntington Park, CA. You will provide supervision, implement BACB standards, and mentor Program Managers and Interventionists.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain minimum billable hours (avg 5 hours/day).
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure minimum billable hours.
• Provide quality clinical supervision per BACB standards.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP).
• Complete documentation for RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBA candidates.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyses.
• Provide BST training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others.
• Attend IEP or interdisciplinary meetings when applicable.
