Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in California to lead clinical teams, ensure quality ABA services, and oversee client progress. The role includes direct supervision, assessments, and collaboration with schools and families.

You will supervise Program Managers and Behavior Interventionists, maintain billable hours, and contribute to ongoing training and mentorship within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
• Strong clinical supervision and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent documentation and adherence to BACB standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours of 5 hours per workday (25 hrs/mo).
• Supervise Program Manager team to reach minimum billable 28 hours/week.
• Provide quality clinical supervision per BACB standards.
• Conduct developmental assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to guide treatment.
• Complete documentation for RBTs, BCaBA’s and BCBA candidates.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyses to guide interventions.
• Provide BST training to teachers and parents.
• Attend IEPs and interdisciplinary meetings when applicable.
• Collaborate with school personnel as needed.
