Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California to lead individualized ABA services and supervise clinical teams. You will partner with families and the support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will manage treatment plans, conduct progress assessments, supervise staff, and contribute to clinical leadership. The role offers strong support, development opportunities, and a clear path to advanced leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Applicable state licensure, if required
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services
• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care
• Support the professional development of clinical team members
• Promote ethical, evidence-based, client-centered ABA services
