Job summary

Intercare Therapy provides evidence‐based behavioral therapies to help children with autism. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) delivers clinical leadership, supervision and guidance to promote success across each client case.

This full-time role in California involves coordinating with families, teachers, and the clinical team, conducting assessments, and ensuring high-quality services in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field and BCBA certification.
• Strong ABA and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Bilingual skills valued, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours (avg 5 hrs/day).
• Supervise Program Manager team to reach 28+ billable hrs/week.
• Provide supervision per BACB standards and ensure treatment integrity.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP).
• Oversee RBTs/BCBA candidates, complete BACB documentation.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyses.
• Provide training to teachers, technicians, and parents using BST.
• Attend IEPs and interdisciplinary meetings when applicable.
