Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical treatment across settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. The role emphasizes development and oversight of treatment plans, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing coaching of behavior techs.

Applicants must hold a BCBA, with a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, and proven experience working with ASD individuals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field is required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence monthly.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
