Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment plans and supervise staff across multiple settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and ABA mentorship credentials.

Qualified candidates will manage treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans and assess patient skills and behaviors.
• Oversee treatment implementation and supervise behavioral technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers and provide staff training and coaching.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and prepare documentation for payers.
