Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings including the CARD center, homes, schools, and telehealth. You will develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to ensure high-quality ABA services.

This role requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field) is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers and stakeholders.
• Ensure HIPAA compliant documentation.
