The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment across multiple settings including center, home, school, and telehealth. You will supervise behavioral technicians, manage treatment plans, and ensure high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet targets each month.
• Collaborate with caregivers and train staff.
• Direct behavior technicians and provide ongoing coaching.
