Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients, develop plans, and coach behavioral technicians. The role requires mastery of ABA concepts and collaboration across settings.

Responsibilities include assessment, treatment plan development, supervision hours, and data-driven adjustments, with duties located at CARD centers, homes, schools, or via telehealth as needed. This is full-time in Elk Grove, CA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required
• BCBA certification required
• Experience working with individuals with ASD required

Responsibilities

• Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Ensure supervision hours are at 100% adherence
• Evaluate patients for skill deficits and strengths
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function
• Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors
• Observe treatment implementation for program revisions
• Provide ongoing coaching to behavioral technicians
• Coordinate care with other professionals
• Stay up to date on best ABA practices
