Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA treatment across CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, and telehealth. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time role reporting to the Group Clinical Manager.

You will develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, train caregivers, and ensure HIPAA compliance while coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours are at 100% treatment adherence each month.
• Observe treatment implementation and coach behavioral technicians.
• Coordinate care with other professionals.
