Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism spectrum disorder. This full-time, salaried role involves assessing skills/behaviors, developing treatment plans, coaching caregivers, and ensuring adherence to protocols across center, home, school, or telehealth settings.

Requirements include a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and experience with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient skills and behaviors to guide treatment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and train caregivers and behavioral technicians.
• Monitor treatment adherence and adjust plans monthly.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and payers as needed.

Education
