Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical treatment for patients across settings, including CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. You will develop and supervise treatment plans, coach caregivers, and ensure compliance with HIPAA while maintaining high-quality ABA services.

Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with ASD required.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans across settings.
• Provide ongoing coaching to caregivers and technicians.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
