Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and coaching of behavior technicians. Position involves work across CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, and telehealth, with a focus on clinical excellence and HIPAA compliance.

Master’s in Psychology/ABA and BCBA certification are required, along with ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence each month.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify their functions.
• Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
