Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise behavioral technicians across multiple sites including center, home, and telehealth. You will collaborate with caregivers, payers, and other professionals to ensure quality ABA services.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with experience in ASD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans and supervise technicians.
• Coordinate care with families and caregivers.
• Document patient progress and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Provide coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Communicate treatment outcomes to stakeholders.
