Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.

• 2-3 years of professional experience with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical supervision and direction to direct reports.
• Oversee ABA programs and ensure best-practice guidelines.
• Conduct evaluations and case-management reviews with Regional Clinical Director.
• Train and onboard new associates; supervise Program Managers and Behavior Interventionists.
• Travel up to 50% for local requirements.
