Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical supervision and direction to direct reports in ABA programs for children with ASD.
• Oversee all components of the ABA programs for caseloads, ensuring best-practice guidelines.
• Lead staff meetings and develop training materials for program staff.
• Recruitment/selection support for new program associates; supervise related processes.
• Travel up to 50% locally to support regional needs.
• Perform duties as assigned by Regional Clinical Director and maintain compliance with regulations.
