Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking an experienced ABA Program Supervisor to oversee the ABA program for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and ASD. Under direct supervision, you will provide discipline-specific treatment and supervise direct reports to ensure high-quality, evidence-based practices across your caseload.

This full-time role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, CPR, 2–3 years of ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting, and travel up to 50%

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA programs for caseload ensuring high quality and best-practice guidelines.
• Provide supervision and training to associates; conduct staff development.
• Lead staff meetings and coordinate recruitment/selection of program staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct; ensure compliance with policies.
