Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays and ASD.

You will supervise direct reports, conduct assessments, and ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines while coordinating with families, schools, and other providers. The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and CPR certification, with travel up to 50% locally.

• BCBA certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and direction to program staff.
• Conduct behavior assessments and serve as Assessor when needed.
• Deliver parent education and develop intervention activities.
• Coordinate with families, therapists, health care providers and community partners.
• Lead staff meetings and provide training to associates.
• Travel up to 50% locally as required.
