Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a senior ABA supervisor to oversee the ABA programs for a caseload of children with developmental delays, disabilities, and ASD. The role emphasizes high-quality supervision, staff development, and collaboration with families and community partners.

The position requires a Master's in ABA (or related field), BCBA certification, and CPR certification, with 2–3 years of ASD experience in multidisciplinary settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Must possess and maintain a BCBA certification.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based programs and provides parent education.
• Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, and audits as assigned.
• Leads staff meetings and provides specialized training to staff.
• Oversees recruitment/onboarding for new associates and provides ongoing training.
• Travels up to 50% locally as part of regional responsibilities.
