Easterseals Southern California is seeking a BCBA supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders. You will ensure high-quality services, supervise clinical staff, and coordinate with families, schools, and healthcare providers.

The role requires a BCBA, a Master’s in ABA or related field, CPR certification, and 2–3 years of ASD experience in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs; conducts assessments; educates parents; liaises with families, community and professionals.
• Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, and audits as assigned by Regional Clinical Director; meets productivity targets.
• Leads staff meetings; develops training and instructional materials; supports staff development and certifications.
• Manages performance and training of program associates; participates in recruitment and onboarding with HR.
• Travels locally as required and stays current with autism and related field developments.
