Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required; CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience working with children with ASD in a multi‑disciplinary team setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs and conducts assessments.
• Provides parent education and develops intervention activities; liaises with families and professionals.
• Performs evaluations, case-management reviews, quality assurance reviews, and audits as assigned.
• Meets productivity targets in the annual budget.
• Leads staff meetings and delivers training; oversees recruitment and onboarding of associates.
• Maintains current knowledge of autism research and coordinates with related agencies; travels as required.
