Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays and ASD. You will supervise direct reports, ensure high-quality treatment, and align practices with best-practice guidelines.

Master's in ABA with BCBA certification and CPR required; 2–3 years of ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting. Expect travel up to 50% and collaboration with families, therapists, schools, and centers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• 2-3 years of professional experience working with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA-based programs and assessments.
• Provide parent education and intervention activities; liaise with families and providers.
• Conduct evaluations, case-management reviews, quality assurance, and audits.
• Meet productivity requirements per annual budget.
• Provide training and onboarding for new associates; support Program Managers and Behavior Interventionists.
• Assist with recruitment/selection processes and travel as needed.
