Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and ASD. You will provide discipline-specific supervision, lead staff training, and ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines within the program.

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA, CPR, and 2–3 years of ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting. Expect travel up to 50% locally as part of regional oversight.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Experience with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
• CPR certification is required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs, conducts assessments, provides parent education, and liaises with families and providers.
• Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, QA reviews, and audits; meets productivity targets.
• Leads staff meetings and prepares training materials including staff development content.
• Manages performance and onboarding for associates; ongoing training for managers and therapists.
• Collaborates with Regional Clinical Director and HR on recruitment/selection; Oversees recruitment in workflows.
• Attends conferences and trainings to stay current on autism and related fields.
• Acts as liaison with families and community agencies; travels as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
