Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a clinical supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays and ASD. You will supervise direct reports, ensure high-quality treatment, and align practices with evidence-based guidelines.

Qualifications include a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, CPR, and 2–3 years of ASD experience in a multidisciplinary team. Travel and collaboration with families and regional partners are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ABA programs for caseload and provides supervision.
• Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, QA reviews, and audits.
• Leads staff meetings and provides staff training.
• Manages performance and onboarding of associates.
• Assists in recruitment/selection of new program associates.
• Attends conferences/trainings to stay current.
• Liais es with families and community agencies; travels as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
